Dimitrios is the technical backbone of Jane Michael Permit Solutions. With over 20 years of experience owning a siding company and pulling permits for every job, he understands permitting from a contractor's perspective. He knows what it's like when your crew is ready to work but you're waiting on approval. Dimitrios prepares and submits permit applications with meticulous attention to detail, anticipating AHJ questions before they're asked. He's relentless in his work ethic and won't rest until your permit is approved. When we say we handle corrections and follow-ups, Dimitrios is the one making it happen.

Michael brings over 10 years of construction operations experience to managing Jane Michael Permit Solutions. While he's new to the permitting side of the business, his deep understanding of construction project timelines, contractor workflows, and operational efficiency ensures our permit services integrate smoothly with your project needs. Michael oversees business operations, coordinates between clients and the permit team, and ensures every project stays on track from quote to approval. He knows that in construction, timing is everything, and he keeps our operations running so your permits don't become your bottleneck.

Our Coverage
We focus on Central Florida jurisdictions where we've built the deepest relationships: Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Osceola, Brevard, and Lake counties. For other Florida counties, we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
