Commercial & Enterprise Permit Operations

Pricing built for recurring permit volume.

For contractors, installers, developers, and multi-location operators that need a reliable permit function—not another one-off runner. Start with a defined pilot, then scale into a managed program as volume proves out.

Three ways to engage

We price around permit mix, jurisdiction complexity, and recurring volume. Larger programs receive custom scope and volume pricing.

Build an Enterprise Program
One-off projects are still welcome. Single permits and lower-volume work are quoted per project. Government permit fees, plan review fees, engineering, sealed drawings, specialty consultants, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.

What enterprise buyers should expect

The value is not just filing paperwork. It is creating a repeatable operating rhythm across jurisdictions, projects, and internal stakeholders.

Operational control

  • One intake path instead of scattered emails and portal logins
  • Clear ownership for every open permit
  • Routine status reporting your project team can actually use
  • Fast routing of AHJ comments back to the right internal owner

Commercial flexibility

  • Start with a pilot before committing larger volume
  • Move to monthly or custom program pricing as volume stabilizes
  • Scope pricing around permit type, jurisdiction, and complexity
  • Separate professional service fees from government and third-party costs

Pricing questions

Why do enterprise programs start with a pilot?

A pilot lets both teams validate intake, communication, jurisdiction coverage, and reporting on live work before expanding volume. It is a practical way to reduce implementation risk on both sides.

Do you guarantee permit approval dates?

No. Review and approval timing is controlled by the applicable authority having jurisdiction. We manage the work we control: intake quality, submissions, follow-up, correction routing, resubmittals, reporting, and escalation.

Are city, county, or state fees included?

Not unless your proposal explicitly says so. Government fees and third-party professional costs are normally billed separately from Jane Michael's service fee.

Can pricing change as our volume grows?

Yes. Recurring volume, repeat jurisdictions, standardized permit types, and cleaner intake can reduce the cost to serve. Enterprise agreements can be structured around those operating efficiencies.

What information do you need to quote an enterprise program?

Monthly permit volume, permit types, the Florida counties and municipalities you operate in, current workflow, expected reporting cadence, and any known pain points such as corrections, closeouts, or registration issues.
